Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're not after someone who just knows marketing. We want someone who does it. You'll take charge of running campaigns, shaping our brand message, and making sure people know Vista Film. In short: you'll be a key driver in how we grow, reach new audiences, and make our voice heard.

Responsibilities

• — Run marketing campaigns—social media, Google ads, whatever works
• — Handle our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (make us look good)
• — Create content—graphics, posts, emails, the works
• — Figure out what's working and what's not, then adjust
• — Work with the team to get more leads
• — Deal with photographers, designers, and other freelancers when needed
• — Keep track of what we're spending and what we're getting back

Qualifications

• — Some marketing degree or real experience that proves you know your stuff
• — At least 2 years doing marketing—preferably digital
• — You know your way around Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the usual tools
• — Can write well in English (Spanish is a bonus)
• — Know how to use Photoshop or Canva or whatever to make things look decent
• — Google Analytics doesn't scare you
• — Actually creative, not just someone who copies what everyone else does
• — Can handle multiple things at once without losing your mind
